HEE TEL Customer Relationship System

As discussed in the recent round of HEE TEL forums, HEE are implementing a new Customer Relationship Management system (CRM).
The North TEL support team like to simplify our current processes and use this new system to store the Digest distribution list.
Please consider giving permission for your details to be transferred by completing the TEL CRM – New contacts survey.  The survey will include a privacy notice that aims to give you information about how Health Education England’s Technology Enhanced Learning (TEL) function will process your personal data.

Virtual & Hybrid Learning Faculty (VHLF) & Community of Practice Launch

HEE are pleased to announce that the Virtual and Hybrid Learning Faculty (VHLF) is now available on the Learning Hub.

The faculty is a place for educators, and those involved in the health and care education community, to access useful on-demand resources, guides, elearning and technical support when designing, developing and delivering virtual and hybrid learning. It will showcase best practice principles, learning opportunities and offer advice on how to get involved in the community, giving educators the opportunity to support colleagues and to find out the latest news.

To access the faculty, the resources within it, please visit the Learning Hub and in the search bar type ‘VILL’ or ‘VHLF’.
