A polite reminder to Lectora Online and VideoScribe users that you must use the Lectora Online Calendar to book all sessions.  Unfortunately, there have been a couple of instances where users who have booked have not been able to access Lectora and VideoScribe as other people are already using the system without booking. If you are finding difficulty accessing Lectora or VideoScribe because you are unable to find a slot or other people are using the system, please contact the North TEL Support team, yas.elearningsupport@nhs.net

Regional Server Content Freeze

We are hoping to upgrade the North Regional Server in the week commencing Monday 25 May.  While the upgrade will not have an impact on learners accessing e-learning, there will be no access to the Regional Server via FTP.  This means that for approximately two days you will not be able to upload or modify any content sitting on the server.  Further details will be sent out to all regional server users however please contact the North TEL Support team, yas.elearningsupport@nhs.net, if you have any questions.

Lectora Online – multiple users

To assist Trusts in their development work we are now allowing multiple users from the same Trust to simultaneously use Lectora Online.  This means where a Trust has a number of developers who currently can only use Lectora one at a time we can now modify content so that up to three part time users from the same Trust can work on projects at the same time.  If you think your Trust could benefit from this functionality please email the North TEL Support team, yas.elearningsupport@nhs.net. Please note; this does not mean that multiple people can use the same licence; instead content can be modified so that it is accessible from any licence.

External Resource Directory to support COVID-19

Health Education England have put together a directory of external (non-NHS) resources that may assist you with your Covid-19 training. Health Education England is not advocating or endorsing these resources however they may supplement, after review, your existing content. The resources in the directory will be updated frequently, it is therefore recommended that you revisit the directory to check if there have been any further resources added:https://www.nwyhelearning.nhs.uk/elearning/CourseCatalogue_Covid.pdf
