Measuring Learning’s True Impact Thursday – 12 December 2019, 18.00 (GMT)
Organisations continue to struggle to effectively measure their learning programmes. Companies have access to more data than ever before but are no closer to being able to show the impact learning is having on the business. Simply reporting course completions is no longer enough. To be successful, organsations need to capture data around how people are interacting with learning and the impact it’s having on their behaviour and performance. The only way to secure the budget and resources L&D will need for 2020 is to be able to show the impact on the business. Join David Wentworth, Principal Learning Analyst with Brandon Hall Group, as he looks at how successful companies are able to make the connection between learning and outcomes.
