Job vacancy – ICT Learning Technology Analyst

Yorkshire Ambulance Service is seeking to recruit a Learning Technology Analyst to work as part of the North e-Learning Support Team.

The role is extremely varied and requires the post holder to be highly organised and an efficient coordinator with excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Key duties include:

  • Providing support on various learning technologies and systems
  • Problem solving in relation to technical support queries
  • Facilitating regular webinars on creating and publishing e-learning
  • Maintaining procedures and guidelines for learning technologies
  • Preparing data and reports for external customers
